Suppen stands for: Stand Up Paddling and is wildly popular. After all, it is the perfect combination of relaxation and exercise. Also, very accessible. Anyone can learn it!
SUP & SURF Nijmegen has something for everyone. For example, we offer customized bachelor parties, children’s parties, corporate outings and friends’ outings, among others. You can join us for SUP tours, SUP Yoga, SUP lessons and SUP rentals. Moreover, you can also learn windsurfing and wingsurfing with us.

Windsurfing
Always wanted to windsurf sometime? This is now also possible in Nijmegen. On the Lentse Plas, for example, we will teach you how to master the wind on the water in no time. Our enthusiastic instructors will be happy to help you.

Nothing is more fun than being out on the water with a group! Learn something new together, relax together and enjoy a sporting activity. SUP & SURF offers customized opportunities for all groups, large and small!
Wingsurfing
Wingsurfing is a new sport that is growing rapidly. It is akin to windsurfing and supping. The foil under the board raises you above the water and makes it look like you are floating over the water! Highly recommended if you are looking for a new challenge.

SUP & SURF Nijmegen has several locations where we offer our offerings. With windsurfing lessons on the Kraaijenbergse Plassen and rental locations on the Mookerplas and the Lentse Plas, among others, the choice is vast! Below are the various locations where we operate.
Lentse plas
De Lentse Plas is een mooie locatie dichtbij de stad waar je echt het strandgevoel ervaart. Ideaal voor een ontspannen dag op het water.
Kraaijenbergse plassen
De Kraaijenbergse Plassen zijn in opmars en terecht! Een prachtig gebied met veel ruimte voor de wind. Ideaal voor de wind- en wingsurf lessen!
Mookerplas
De Mookerplas ligt ten zuiden van Nijmegen in een prachtige, rustige natuuromgeving en onze locatie aan het strand is een echte aanrader voor een heerlijk dagje.
Spiegelwaal
De Spiegelwaal ligt vlak bij het centrum van Nijmegen en is een geliefde plek voor iedereen uit de stad.
Ooijpolder
De Ooijpolder is een prachtig natuurgebied waar je ontspannen over ‘Het Meertje’ vaart en echt even helemaal tot rust komt.
