Introduction lesson

At SUP & SURF Nijmegen you can learn the basics of supping with a SUP introduction. After a brief explanation on the shore, we hit the water. Once on the water, you will soon notice progress. You will be more relaxed on the board and begin to experience supping as a very relaxing activity. All under the guidance of one of our enthusiastic instructors.

SUP Rental

Suppen is dé watersport rage van dit moment. Suppen is namelijk de perfecte combinatie van actie en ontspanning.  Daarnaast is het suppen ook erg toegankelijk. Verhuur is dan ook geschikt voor volwassenen en kinderen. Met onze verhuur optie kun je zelf kiezen hoe je jouw sup ervaring invult. Hoe gaaf!

XXL Sup verhuur

Naast de bekende sup, verhuren wij nu ook de XXL sup! De XXL sup is te gebruiken voor 6 tot 8 personen. Ideaal voor groepen, scholen of teamuitjes.

• De XXL sup is te boeken op de Lentse plas

Na een korte uitleg kunnen jullie lekker het water op. Makkelijk online te boeken.

SUP Tour

Discover the Nijmegen waters in a unique way! The surroundings of Nijmegen are beautiful! Forests, hills, polders and waters: there is plenty to see. Join us on SUP tour during sunset or sunrise and discover Nijmegen from a different perspective. With several SUP routes guided by an instructor, a SUP trip is an unforgettable experience!

SUP Technique Lesson

Totally fell in love with supping and have you been on a board more than once? Then this class is perfect for you! During the technique class, we will go deeper into paddling technique, how to handle wind/wave stroke and work on different turning techniques. So… Do you want to learn to supper really well? Then register quickly!

• Lesson of 90 min
• €25 including materials
• Location: Lent lake

Suitable for beginners (1st time on a sup check the SUP intro) and for the advanced supper.

SUP-RLLY *NEW*

Compete for the standings or in teams against each other through this cool rally on the Sup! Through a handy app, you are sent from point to point via a compass. Once you arrive at a waypoint on the water, you receive a command through the app. The team that completes all the waypoints and tasks the fastest wins!

• Bookable from 2 people
• Bookable at 2 hour sup rental
• 2-5 people per team
• 2 hours of spectacle (1.5 hours of game/0.5 hours of relaxing on the sup)

SUP Yoga

Indulge in the relaxing effects of nature and water! In SUP Yoga, you go out on the water with a group and then do modified but familiar yoga exercises on a SUP board. A wonderful clinic where we work on balance and flexibility. No SUP experience yet? No problem! Before each class, a SUP instructor will provide a brief explanation after which you can join the SUP Yoga carefree.

• Lesson of 75 minutes €22,50 (including materials)

Dog-SUP

How fun is this! Suppen with your dog on the spiegelwaal, one of the most beautiful locations in Nijmegen. At dog SUP, you will take to the water with a certified dog handler and SUP instructor. After a brief instruction on the shore about supping, we get the dogs in. Because of the small groups of max 8 people + dogs, there is plenty of time and attention for the dogs and their owners to calmly get used to the SUP board, paddle and water. Let yourself and your dog be surprised by this exceptionally fun experience.
